Here are the top 10 high school football teams of all time. The list was compiled based on winning percentage, alumni, and facilities. They are basically from the USA, and they well know the team in the USA. They are mostly participating in so many competitions and they are performing to a good level in all the competition.

1. St. Joseph's Prep, Philadelphia

St. Joseph's Prep is the only high school football team to make the playoffs every year since it began in 1974. The team has won 5 state titles and finished second 3 times. They have had a winning season every year that they have been in existence, and they are a member of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA). 

 2. Long Beach Polytechnic High School, Long Beach

Long Beach Polytechnic High School is the only California school to win a state championship at all levels of competition: CIF Division I in 1968; CIF Division II in 1978 and 1979; and CIF Division III in 1993 and 1994. They have also had 8 runner ups in state championships and have made it to the semifinals 11 times. 

 3. De La Salle High School, Concord, CA (83-8)

De La Salle or "The Dons" as they are commonly known as is one of the most famous high school football teams of all time for their domination of Northern California high school football from 1992 to 2003. They have won 4 state titles in the past 7 years, and they are a member of the North Coast Section (NCS). 

 4. St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Fort Lauderdale, FL (81-7)

St. Thomas Aquinas High School is the most dominant team in Florida high school football history. They have won 6 state championships in the past 12 years, and they have qualified for the playoffs every year since 1988. They are a member of the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). 

 5. Eldorado High School, Albuquerque, NM (80-8)

Eldorado High school has won 3 state championships since 2000 and has made it to 3 more finals since then as well as winning 5 more state runner ups as well. They also hold records for scoring 49 points in one game and scoring over 100 points twice in one season. They are a member of the New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA) and have been since 1955 when they joined with Roswell High School to form what is now known as Eldorado Senior High School. 

 6. Columbia Central High School, Columbia City, IN (80-8)

Columbia Central High School is a member of the Hoosier Heartland Conference, and they have won the conference championship in every year since the creation of it in 2003. They have won 4 state titles as well as 7 runner up titles. They are also a member of the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA). 

7. Mater Dei High School, Santa Ana, CA (80-8)

 Mater Dei is one of only two schools to make it to a CIF State Championship game at every level of competition (D1 in 2004, D2 in 2005, D3 in 2007 and D4 in 2008). They hold records for most consecutive wins at 35 from 2002-2004 and most consecutive playoff wins at 24 from 1998-2001. 

8. De La Salle Institute, Detroit, MI (79-9)

De La Salle Institute or "The Prep" was founded by Brother Adalbert Marksteiner in 1896 as an all boys school and has been playing football since 1898 when they played their first game against Holy Redeemer High School on Thanksgiving Day 1898. The team has won 10 state championships since 1923 and have made it to 3 more finals since then. They are a member of the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA). 

 9. La Lumiere School, La Porte, IN (79-9):

La Lumiere School is a member of the Hoosier Crossroads Conference and has won it in every year since its creation in 2007. They have won 2 state championships as well as one runner up title. They are also a member of the Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA). 

10. Montini Catholic High School, Lombard, IL (79-9)

Montini Catholic is a member of the Upstate Eight Conference and has won it for every year since its creation in 2003. They have won 1 state championship and 4 runner up titles as well as one more final appearance since then. 

 11. Southlake Carroll High School, Southlake, TX (78-10)

Southlake Carroll is a member of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools and has won it for every year since its creation in 2010. They have 3 state championships as well as 3 runner up titles to go along with an appearance in another final game. They also hold records for scoring over 70 points twice in a season and for scoring over 60 points three times. 

12. DeMatha Catholic High School, Hyattsville, MD (78-10)

DeMatha is a member of the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference and has won it every year since its creation in 2009. They have 4 state championships as well as 5 runner up titles to go along with one appearance in another final game. They also hold records for most consecutive wins at 37 from 2007-2009. 

13. Colony High School, Ontario, CA (77-11)

Colony is a member of the Southern Section of the California Interscholastic Federation and has won it for every year since its creation in 2011. They have won 2 state championships as well as 2 runner up titles to go along with an appearance in another final game. They also hold records for most points scored in a single season (716). 

 14: Glenbard West High School, Lombard, IL (77-11)

 Glenbard West is a member of the Upstate Eight Conference and has won it every year since its creation in 2003 except for 2012 when they finished second behind Loyola Academy who had an undefeated season that included a victory over Glenbard West. They have won 1 state championship and 3 runner up titles to go along with an appearance in another final game.
